The Villa comprises of 4/5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 14 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom and a roof terrace. The landing also has a cot. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. Bedroom 4 has twin beds. Bedroom 5/basement games room has 3 double sofa beds.

The villa has 3 bathrooms, 2 ensuite to bedrooms 1 & 2. Bathroom 1 comprises of a bath with shower, WC & sink. Bathroom 2 has a shower cubicle, WC and sink. The main bathroom has a bath with shower, WC and sink.

The kitchen is handcrafted in solid oak with granite worktop and includes an oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and lots of storage.

The large living room has 3x three seater sofas, TV with SKY (including English channels) and DVD & CD players. The dining room has a large dining table seating up to 10 adults comfortably.

The utility room is just outside the kitchen and houses the washing machine and hot water tank.

There is a basement games room with a pool table, table tennis, table football, playstation and TV and 3 double sofa beds.

Towels and linen are included and will be changed once a week when the villa is cleaned. The pool is cleaned twice a week.

Outside there are large landscaped gardens with a lovely 8x4 metre heated swimming pool surrounded by solid wood decking and ample sun loungers. Large dining terrace beneath a pergola with table, 6 chairs and patio heaters. Further sheltered terrace area, again with table and 6 chairs which can easily be moved to cater for larger groups. Well equipped play area with soft flooring.
